I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and had a bath but lacked a suitable bed for two, and the strong smell of smoke was off-putting. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist, although the dining options were functional but not outstanding. The location in the city center was convenient, but the price didn't fully match the quality provided.

The hotel is situated perfectly in the heart of Leiden, overlooking a picturesque canal and within walking distance of the main attractions. Although the rooms were a bit basic and the dining options could have been more accommodating, the quiet ambiance and attentive service made for a pleasant stay.
